Naomi Christie, a director, writer, and photographer from Los Angeles with Vietnamese- American heritage, initiated her professional journey in the realms of fashion photography and music videos. Transitioning to narrative filmmaking, she pursued an MFA in directing at the American Film Institute (AFI) in 2021. Notably, her thesis film garnered acclaim, earning her a DGA award for Best Director in the Asian American Category.
